Our Manufacturing Facility

We are a globally recognized fitness equipment brand manufacturing in India, dedicated to producing premium-quality gym equipment using superior materials and scientifically-backed designs from industry experts. Our world-class manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, operates under one integrated roof, adhering to the highest quality standards. Leveraging automation, advanced technology, and the Toyota Production System (TPS), we ensure consistent precision and reliability in every unit. Our sophisticated machinery further guarantees accuracy at every stage of production, delivering fitness equipment that stands the test of time.

Our Milestone

  • January 2015:  Established a world-class manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune.
  • April 2016: Formed a technical joint venture with Realleader USA to bring global expertise to India.
  • January 2017: Launched the Into Wellness corporate head office.
  • February 2018: Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited our product display at Magnetic Maharashtra.
  • April 2018: Created history by exhibiting at the FIBO exhibition in Germany alongside Realleader USA.
  • October 2018: Introduced Color Customization, allowing customers to personalize their fitness facilities.
  • April 2019: Expanded globally with our first exports to the Middle East.
  • September 2019: Showcased our products in the Greenroom display at the ABBF Asian Bodybuilding Championship.
  • October 2019: Achieved grand success at the IHFF and Sheru Classic Exhibition in Mumbai.
  • November 2019: Established a state-of-the-art product experience center in Pune, displaying 100+ products.
  • January 2020: Officially launched our R&D center in India.
  • February 2020: Built a strong dealer and distribution network across 20 metro cities in India.
  • July 2020: Introduced unique fitness products for the home segment.
  • October 2020: Acquired 12 acres (500,000 sq. ft.) of land for future expansion.
  • March 2021:Made a breakthrough in defense, corporate, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
  • May 2022: Welcomed IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Mr. Sunit Jadhav as our Brand Ambassador.
  • December 2023: Launched the HS Pro Series, our most powerful and premium fitness range.
  • January 2024: Expanded our product line with a wide range of fitness accessories.
  • January 2024: Introduced our cardio range to complement our existing offerings.

  • We actively support the Fit India Movement by organizing fitness events and seminars while partnering with organizations like IBBF and Sheru Classic to promote bodybuilding in India.
  • In collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, ASSOCHAM, and KPMG, we contribute to the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, striving to make India a global hub for fitness equipment manufacturing.
  • With 95% indigenized manufacturing, we provide a high-quality alternative to imported equipment while creating employment for over 300 workers.
  • Our eco-friendly factory operates on renewable energy, featuring a 90 KW rooftop solar installation and a rainwater harvesting system that conserves 20 lakh liters of water annually. We also use environmentally friendly piped natural gas for manufacturing.
  • Over the past seven years, we've expanded our product line from 25 to over 300 strength and cardio machines, completing 3,000+ installations across India. Our extensive dealer network reaches cities like Manipur, Silchar, and Srinagar.
  • A strengthened partnership with Realleader USA has enabled us to enhance technological upgrades, factory automation, and training initiatives, reinforcing our position as an industry leader in innovative fitness products.
  • We are committed to making fitness more accessible, improving health standards, and fostering a healthier society across India.
  • Our machines come with 1,200 customization options, including 25 frame colors and 5 upholstery choices. We also provide educational fitness content through our YouTube channel to help users maximize their workout experience.
  • The launch of our M7 & HS Pro series has been a success, with endorsements from IFBB Pro Sunit Jadhav and Vaishali Bhoir, boosting our brand presence.
